TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who Can Use Rides

You must be 14 years old or older to use Rides. Regardless of your age, no adult or sexually explicit content is allowed. This isn't that kind of website, and we're not gonna turn it into one.

2. Accounts

To do anything fun on Rides, you need an account. When you make one:

• Use your real info;
• Keep your login details secure;
• You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. No excuses.

3. Content & Behavior

Rides is a car community. Not Facebook. Not Reddit. Not Tinder. Not your cousin's group chat.

• No politics. No political imagery. No non-car debates. We're here to escape the internet's bullshit, not add to it.
• Don't post anything hateful, violent, racist, pornographic, or just generally offensive.
• Don't share anyone else's private info.
• Don't pretend to be someone else.
• No spam. No scams. No pyramid schemes. No "get rich quick" garbage.
• Don't use bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to mess with the site.
• Don't harass, threaten, or bully anyone. Ever.
• Don't try to get around bans or moderation. We'll just find out and make it worse.

Break these rules and we'll take action. That might mean deleting your post, suspending your account, or booting you off Rides entirely. If we need to, we'll get the proper authorities involved.

4. Marketplace

• Keep all Marketplace transactions inside Rides. If you take the deal off-site (like to Venmo, Instagram DMs, or some shady third-party app), you're on your own.
• Rides offers protections and safety tools—but only if you stay on the platform.
• Move it off-platform and you lose all coverage.
• Any intentional migration off of Rides to initialize, participate in, or complete a sale that started on Rides may get your account terminated.

5. Rides Clubs & Events in Real Life

Clubs are for building communities. Events are for meeting in the real world. We love that stuff—but if you're a menace in person, it's still our problem.

If we get credible complaints about your behavior at a Rides-affiliated event or meetup, we may suspend or terminate your account—even if it happened offline. We take our community enjoyment & safety seriously, and we reserve the right to take you off Rides if we learn you're a threat to that.

We also reserve the right to involve law enforcement or relevant authorities when required by law or when we believe it's necessary to protect our users or the community.

6. Your Stuff

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by uploading or sharing content on Rides, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service and in marketing efforts.

We do not claim ownership or responsibility for your content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Our Stuff

All the Rides content, features, trademarks, and branding on Rides are the property of Rides Ventures, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Links to Other Places

Sometimes we, or someone else, will link out to other websites. We are not responsible for any third- party practices, content, or privacy policies. Proceed at your own risk.

9. Getting Banned

We can and will suspend or terminate your access to Rides at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Especially, but not limited to, if you violate these Terms, misuse platform features, or create a risk or legal liability for us or others.

10. No Guarantees

We'll do our best to keep Rides up and running, but we can't promise it'll be perfect. Sometimes stuff breaks. Sometimes we push updates. Sometimes engines blow.

We're not responsible for downtime, data loss, or the end of the world, and we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rides Ventures, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Rides.

12. Updates to These Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the new version here. If you still choose to use Rides, that means you accept the changes.
